Harreef Terms of Use

Harreef is a football training app for players aged 6 to 18. By using the app, you (or your parent) agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use Harreef

• Players under 16 use the app with their parent's consent, and the account is created in the parent's name and email.
• The parent is responsible for supervising the child's use and for the parent-page PIN.

2. Training and health

• Drills are general and based on published youth training programmes. They are not a substitute for a coach or a doctor.
• Before starting any physical programme, make sure the child's health allows it. With any illness or injury, ask a doctor first.
• Train in a safe place, away from cars and glass, with an adult supervising young children.
• If something hurts, stop. The app pauses physical drills when pain is logged, but this is not a diagnosis. Pain that lasts, or comes with limping or swelling, needs a doctor.
• We are not responsible for injuries caused by drills done incorrectly, in an unsafe place, or without supervision.

3. Subscription and payment

• Some content is free; the rest needs a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play.
• Purchases require the parent's PIN.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal. If you cancel during a free month, you pay nothing.
• Refunds follow Google Play's policy.

4. Card and points

• Card ratings and points are estimates from simple home tests, for motivation and tracking only. They are not an official assessment or a promise of any level.
• The card is not shown to other players unless the parent turns this on from the parent page. Even then, only the first name, last initial, position and ratings show, with no photo, with no contact between players.

5. Fair use

• Don't upload a photo of someone else without permission, or an inappropriate photo.
• Don't cheat on tests or points, or use the app in a way that harms others.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Private coach

• Booking and payment are from the parent's account only. Training is at the registered pitch only, with no contact between coach and child except through the parent.
• The parent pays after the coach accepts, by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer to Harreef, and enters the transaction number. The session is set once Harreef confirms the transfer.
• If a paid session is cancelled before it happens, contact us at the email below and we will refund you to the same wallet.
• Harreef connects parents with coaches whose licence and papers were checked. The coach is responsible for how the session is run, and the parent for supervising the child.

7. Content

The drills, lessons, drawings and audio in the app belong to Harreef. You may use them for your own training, but not copy or sell them.

8. Data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
